eStatement is a PDF version of your monthly account statement. You have the option to download it from CIMB Clicks or have it delivered to your email. We encourage our customers to be environment-friendly by opting for eStatement!

This service will be available from 18 May 2013.

This free service is secured with the latest security features and can only be accessed by your CIMB Clicks ID and password.

eStatement is available for the following:

  • Consolidated Statement (only applicable for Private Banking, CIMB Preferred and Prime customers)
  • Current Account
  • Foreign Currency Current Account
  • Savings Account
  • EcoSave Account
  • Fixed Deposit
  • Foreign Currency Fixed Deposit
  • Loan
  • Wealth Management
  • Credit Card

How do I view my eStatement?

To view eStatement via CIMB Clicks, you will need to:

  1. Login to CIMB Clicks
  2. Select My Accounts > eStatement > View eStatement
  3. Select the month
  4. Download your statement
To view my eStatement via email, you will need to subscribe for the service:
  1. Login to CIMB Clicks
  2. Select My Accounts > eStatement > Email Statement Delivery
  3. Provide your email address and password
  4. Accept Terms and Conditions
Effective 1 April 2014, your credit card statements will be delivered to you via CIMB Clicks.

If you still wish to receive your credit card statements by email or in hardcopy by post, please complete the Statement of Account Delivery Instructions form and fax to 03-23817198 or email to cardcentre@cimb.com.
