1. Where can I subscribe for my additional ASNB investment?
  You can perform additional ASNB investments via CIMB Clicks, any CIMB Bank branches, ASNB offices and ASNB agents. Additional investment through CIMB Clicks only available for ASNB Fixed Price Fund* (ASB, ASW 2020, ASD, ASM & AS 1 MALAYSIA).

*Subscriptions of funds are subject to funds availability.

Note : ASM, ASD & ASW are fully subscribed, AS1M for Chinese allocation is fully subscribed while ASB is available for Bumiputeras only.

2. Can I subscribe to ASNB funds online using an Islamic account?
  No, you can't. This service is currently not available at CIMB Clicks.

3. Is there any Cooling-Off period imposed on the investment that I made?
  No "Cooling-Off" period is imposed. Please refer to ASNB’s Master Prospectus and Supplementary Master Prospectus for further information.

4. Why can't I view the prospectus of the fund?
  To view the prospectus, an Adobe Acrobat Reader software is required. You can browse to http://www.adobe.com to download the software.

5. Can I switch the units between funds? Where can I perform the transaction?
  This service is currently not available at CIMB Clicks.

The application for switching can be made at any CIMB Bank branches, ASNB offices and ASNB agents by filling up a special form.

6. Who can perform additional ASNB Fixed Price Funds investment via CIMB Clicks?
  Additional investment of ASNB Fixed Price Funds through www.cimbclicks.com.my is open to all registered ASNB investors who have registered as CIMB Clicks users.

7. How do I perform additional ASNB Fixed Price Fund Investment via CIMB Clicks?
 
Steps on how to "Add favourite"
Step 1 Logon to www.cimbclicks.com.my
Step 2 Select “Manage My Wealth” on the left navigation menu.
Step 3 Select “ASNB” & choose “Add Favourite Account”
Step 4 Select the name of the fund that you would like to subscribe.
Step 5 Create a nickname for your fund. Next, key-in your membership number.
Step 6 Select member's ID type, key-in member's name and ID number.
Then click “Submit”.
Step 7 Request for TAC and key-in TAC received. Then click “Submit”.

Steps on how to subscribe for a ASNB Fund
Step 1 Logon to www.cimbclicks.com.my
Step 2 Select “Manage My Wealth” on the left navigation menu.
Step 3 Select “ASNB” & choose “Subscribe”
Step 4 Select a nickname for your fund and click “Next”.
Step 5 Select which account to pay from. Key-in the amount as well as your contact number.
Step 6 Click on the Terms & Conditions check box if you’re agreeable to it. Next, just click “Submit”.

8. Can I check my application status via CIMB Clicks?
  Yes, you can. Just logon to www.cimbclicks.com.my and select “View Account Status”/ “View Subscription Status” to check your application/subscription status.

9. What is the information that I must have in order to invest in ASNB Fixed Price Funds unit trust via CIMB Clicks?
  You’ll need to key-in your ASNB membership number, NRIC and name as registered in ASNB’s record.

10. Can I invest in ASNB Fixed Price Fund unit trust for other 3rd party account via CIMB Clicks?
  Yes, you can. You are required to key in the 3rd party's NRIC as registered in ASNB’s record.

11. What is the minimum and maximum amount I can invest via CIMB Clicks?
  The minimum amount is RM1.00. The maximum amount is subject to :
  • Individual investment limit ( for ASB) - RM10,000 for teenagers and RM200,000 for adults.
  • Unit availability of the Fund ( other than ASB)

12. Can I invest an amount with Cents, for example RM10,001.90?
  The investment amount with Cents is not accepted if you are subscribing via CIMB Clicks. It must be round up to the next Ringgit Malaysia. Eg. you can invest RM10,001.00 or RM10,002.00.

13 When can I check my 'Add Favourite Account' status after I made the transaction?
  You may refer the table below to check your 'Add Favourite Account' status:

15. Can I withdraw my ASB investment via CIMB Clicks?
  No, you can’t. At the present time, you can only purchase additional investments via CIMB Clicks. Withdrawal must be done over the counter at CIMB Bank branches and fully operational ASNB offices and ASNB Agents.

16. Is there any possibility that my transaction can’t be processed by ASNB?
  Your online transaction may be unsuccessful due to the following reasons:
  • Invalid ASNB membership number
  • Invalid I/C number
  • Total Investment amount has reached the maximum individual limit (for ASB)
  • Specified account status
  • The units have been fully subscribed (other than ASB)

17. Will the bank notify me if my subscription is rejected?
  Yes, a secure message will then be sent to the customer’s inbox (retrievable upon logging onto CIMB Clicks) to inform on the rejection. At the same time, customers can also check their transaction status under "View Subscription Status".

CIMB Bank will also send a Credit Advice to inform customers that their investments have been refunded to their bank accounts.

  This service is not available at the present time. You may check your balance at any CIMB Bank branches, ASNB offices and ASNB agents.

19. What if I’d forgotten my ASB membership account number?
  You may refer to your ASNB investment book or check at any CIMB Bank branches, ASNB offices and ASNB agents.

20. What happens if I had accidentally entered another account number or fund instead of the chosen ASNB Fund?
  Transaction will be accepted as long as the ASNB account number entered is valid and matched with the ASNB’s record. However, it is the responsibility of the investor to ensure that the account number belongs to the right party.

ASNB & CIMB Bank will not be responsible to reverse the successful transaction.

  This facility is available 24 hours a day.

22. What should I do if my Membership number has changed?
  You need to delete your current Favourite Account with the old Membership number and add a new Favourite account with the new Membership number.

23. When do I get my money back if my subscription is rejected?
 

The money will be credited back into your account by the end of the third day from the transaction day.
