3. Do I have to register for Clicks Shoppe?
  No registration is required. As long as you are a CIMB Clicks user or an Internet Banking user of any FPX participating bank, you are able to make payments.

4. I am not a CIMB Clicks customer. Can I shop via Clicks Shoppe?
  We’d like to welcome everyone. Clicks Shoppe is open to all CIMB Clicks, Non-CIMB Clicks and Non-CIMB customers.

5. How can I place an order at Clicks Shoppe?
  Choose the item that you wish to purchase, click on "Add to Cart" button, key in your delivery details and proceed to check out and make payment. Bill payments, CIMB Cares and Mobile Reloads are not part of Clicks Shoppe. Therefore you will not be able to add items under these sections into your shopping cart.

6. How long does it take for the items to be delivered upon purchasing?
  It depends on the items that were purchased. Standard delivery period would be within 14 days upon order confirmation.

7. Who do I contact if I did not receive the items?
  Please call our call centre at 1 300 880 900 (Local) or 603 2295 6100 (International) for further assistance.

8. Will there be any refund available if the customer does not receive the items within the lead time?
  The refund process is acknowledged in Terms & Conditions.

9. Who will be in charge for the refund process?
  The merchants listed in Clicks Shoppe will handle the refund process. However, we will assist to refund the amount into your account upon confirmation from the merchants.

  No, we only accept order made online through Clicks Shoppe.

11. What is the mode of payment?
  You can choose to pay by the following methods:
  1. CIMB Clicks –you must be a registered CIMB Clicks users and all payment made through CIMB Clicks is subject to CIMB Clicks terms and conditions;
  2. FPX Online Payment Service –you must have an internet banking account with the FPX participating banks and any payment made through FPX Online Payment Service is subject to terms and conditions of FPX Payment Gateway Sdn. Bhd.

12. What are the participating banks for FPX?
  The participating banks for FPX are CIMB Bank, Maybank, RHB Bank, Public Bank, Bank Islam and Hong Leong Bank.

13. How do you deliver the products?
  Products will be delivered through the merchant’s appointed courier agent.

14. Can I specify a date and time for delivery to be made?
  No, deliveries will be made within 14 working days from the order date. However for deliveries of food products, you may leave a note under the Sender Details Message box if you have any special requests and the merchant shall call you back.

15. Which country do you deliver to?
  We only deliver within Malaysia.
