1. What are the features of Cheque Management System?
  You can use this function to request for cheque books, make cheque book or cheque status inquiries.

Here’s how to go about:


Step 1 Login to www.cimbclicks.com.my
Step 2 Go to “Cheque Management” & select the feature that you want.
Step 3 Complete all relevant fields & click “Submit”.

2. How many cheque books can I request?
 

You can order a maximum of 10 cheque books per week (Orders can be made multiple times for that particular week).

3. How long do I have to wait and how do I collect my cheque books?
 
  • It takes 3 business days for your cheque books to be ready
  • Your cheque books will be available for collection at the branch where your current account is maintained or
  • You can have the cheque books mailed to your address

4. Can I check my cheque book status?
 

Yes, you can check to find out if your cheque has been cleared.

Step 3 Select “Cheque Book Inquiry
Step 4 Complete all relevant fields & click “Submit

5. Can I view the status of my local and outstation cheque?
  Yes, you can view the status for all your cheques.

6. What are the charges?
  There is a stamp duty charge of RM7.50 per cheque book (50 leaves). Delivery charges will be incurred if you choose to have the cheque book mailed to you.
