2. Where do I collect my Bankers Cheque, Local Demand Draft and Foreign Demand Draft?
 

Bankers Cheque, Local Demand Draft and Foreign Demand Draft will be couriered either to you or your beneficiary depending on your instruction given to us.

4. How long is the processing time for Remittance?
 

Request will be processed on the same day for transactions submitted before 4pm. For request submitted on Saturday, Sunday and Federal Territory Public Holidays, your request will be processed on the next Federal Territory working day.

The actual time taken for beneficiary to receive the money will depend on the respective agent or beneficiary bank.

5. How do I decide on whether to purchase a Bankers Cheque or Local Demand Draft?
  Please use Bankers Cheque option If your beneficiary would like to clear the funds in WP Kuala Lumpur, WP Putrajaya, Selangor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang and Perak. For other states, please use the Local Demand Draft service.

6. To which countries can I send Foreign Telegraphic Transfer to?
 

Your Foreign Telegraphic Transfer will be sent via SWIFT and you can remit to all countries except to Israel, Montenegro and Serbia.

7. Bank Account Number (IBAN) and when do I use it?
 

IBAN is standard way of uniquely identifying an account for the purpose of improving the efficiency and speed of cross border European union payments. The length of IBAN can go up to 28 digits starting from 2 letters country code, specific to each country.

8. Will there be any bank charges incurred by the recipient?
 

The foreign bank may charge extra costs to the recipient of the fund. This is usually deducted from the total payable to the beneficiary.

  Sorry, you cannot cancel the transaction.

10. Do I need TAC to perform eRemittance transaction?
  Yes, TAC is required if you are remitting to a non-registered beneficiary. Therefore, it is advisable that you save your beneficiary details as favourite if you are going to remit regularly to him/ her.
