  CIMB Clicks App is an application that you can install onto your iPhone, iPad or Android Phone from App Store or Android Market. It allows you to check your CIMB Account balances, convert preferred currencies, evaluate loan eligibility and affordability, contact the bank on any related queries and locate the nearest CIMB ATM or branches.

For now, CIMB Clicks App is available for the following devices:

  • iPhone
  • Android
  • iPad

We will be making CIMB Clicks App available for more devices in the future.

  For security reasons, your username is tagged to your device. Therefore, you will only be able to use one iPhone at any given time. The same applies to iPad and Android.

  Yes. You can activate 2 different applications via CIMB Clicks and download 2 different applications to check your account balances.

11. What should I do if I accidentally deleted my CIMB Clicks App on my device?
  You will need to reactivate the Widget by clicking on the ‘deactivate’ and ‘activate’ link via CIMB Clicks. Then, download the Widget again from App Store / Android Market and lastly, activate the new CIMB Clicks App.

13. How do I get the Activation Code for the activation of CIMB Clicks Apps?
  Simple steps to activate:
   
Login to CIMB Clicks and select “Octo Tools”.
   
Select “Clicks Widget”.
   
Select iPhone, iPad or Android Activation
   
Perform iPhone, iPad or Android Widget Activation
   
Enter TAC for validation.
   
The Activation Code will then be displayed. Please copy down the code for the activation of CIMB Clicks Apps on your device.

14. I have entered the correct answer for the Security Question to check my account balance. But I keep getting an error message that says my answer is incorrect. What should I do?
  The answer to the Security Question is case-sensitive. Please use the exact words (capital/small letters) that you have entered during the activation of your CIMB Clicks App.
