The first customer who signs up Festive Coverage Plan every Monday, Wednesday and Friday during the promotion period from 6 July 2011 - 24 Aug 2011 will be entitled to a Touch ‘n Go card with stored value of RM50 (“the Prize”)!

Results will be announced the following Wednesday on CIMB Clicks' website.




Terms & Conditions for the Promotion

  1. No request for substitution of the Prize or cash in lieu of the Prize shall be entertained.
  2. If the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, CIMB Bank Berhad (“CIMB Bank”) may at its sole and absolute discretion and upon giving adequate notice substitute the Prize with alternative items of like or equal value.
  3. All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees as well as all additional costs that may be incurred in the utilization of the Prize.
  4. This promotion is open to all CIMB Clicks customers aged between 18 to 70 years old, except permanent and/or contract employees working in the CIMB G Insurance, Retail Financial Services, CIMB Bank Berhad (“Eligible Customer”).
  5. CIMB Bank reserves the rights upon giving adequate notice to vary (whether by addition, deletion, modification, amendment or otherwise howsoever) (“the Amendment”) any of the terms and conditions herein. Notification to the Eligible Customer in respect of the Amendment shall be effected at CIMB Bank’s absolute discretion through any one of the following means of communication, namely, by ordinary mail to the Eligible Customer’s last known address or by posting a notice regarding the Amendment at each of CIMB Bank’s branches or by effecting an advertisement regarding the Amendment in one newspaper of CIMB Bank’s choice, or via CIMB Bank’s website and the Amendment shall be deemed as binding on the Eligible Customer as from the date of notification of the Amendment or from such other date as may be specified by CIMB Bank in the notification.
  6.
