Terms and Conditions for Online Purchase

1. Festive Coverage Plan is underwritten by Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Berhad ("Allianz").
2. No policy or certificate will be issued for online purchases. However, a successful transaction page which appears at the end of every successful transaction should be printed and kept as proof in the event of a claim. Please call 1-300-88-1028 for any claim related issues or post sale enquiries.
3. The Bank is not to be construed or treated as the agent of the customers or Allianz and merely acts as an introducer and will not be responsible or to be held liable in any way in respect of any matter or claims arising under the Festive Coverage Plan and/or the services or products provided by Allianz.
4. Customers are advised to read and fully understand the product features, terms and conditions and exclusions in this website.
5. This is not a Contract of Insurance. The description of the available cover is only a brief summary for quick and easy reference. The precise terms, benefits, conditions and exclusions that apply are stated in the policy document.
6. The policy document and product disclosure sheet for Festive Coverage Plan are strictly the documents of Allianz and the Bank does not make any representation or warranty in respect of the contents therein and that the Bank is not to be held liable in any way in respect of the Festive Coverage Plan. All matters or claims relating to the Festive Coverage Plan shall be as between the customer(s) and Allianz.
