- Why do I have to upgrade my operating system?
Using an outdated operating system may put your information at risk. It is recommended that you update your phone's operating system to the latest version for maximum protection.
- How do I check and upgrade my phone's operating system?
To check current OS version, go to Settings > About phone > Android version
To upgrade OS, go to Settings > Look for Software Update
- What if I do not update my phone's operating system, can I still use the app?
To continue using the app, you will need to ensure that your phone's operating system is updated to the latest version.
If your operating system is not updated, the new CIMB Clicks Mobile App will not be able to function. To avoid interruption, do update your phone's operating system by 21 May 2021.
