DuitNow to Mobile/ID allows you to instantly send and receive funds using the recipient's registered DuitNow ID (Mobile number/No Kad Pengenalan/ Mykad (NRIC) / Army ID / Police ID / Passport number / Business Registration Number.

Formerly known as FPX, DuitNow Online Banking/Wallets is a convenient and secured online payment solution that allows real-time payment to online merchant through you internet banking account.
How to pay online merchant with DuitNow Online Banking?
- Step 1: At merchant's website or checkout page, select DuitNow Online Banking/Wallets OR FPX logo › Select CIMB Clicks › Enter your CIMB Clicks login credentials
- Step 2: Verify transaction details
- Step 3: Approve the transaction with SecureTAC sent to CIMB OCTO App.
- Step 4: Go back to merchant checkout page to check purchase details.

Duit Now | Request
With DuitNow Request, you can request and receive payments through your DuitNow ID or account number. Upon payer accepting your DuitNow request, payment will be made to your designated bank account.
To send DuitNow Request via CIMB Clicks web or CIMB OCTO app, you will need one of the payer's detail below:
- Bank account number (non-CIMB accounts are accepted too)
- Mobile number
- NRIC number
- Passport number
1) How to request a payment using DuitNow Request?

Launch CIMB OCTO App > Tap on 'More' > 'DuitNow Request' -
Step 2:
Tap on 'New Request' > Select DuitNow ID type -
Step 3:
Select your receiving bank account > Enter amount -
Step 4:
Enter Recipient Reference > Review details & approve via SecureTAC
*Note: You will receive a push notification upon successful DuitNow Request sent to your payer > Tap on 'View pending request'

With DuitNow AutoDebit, merchants/businesses can send or receive a consent request to obtain a one-time approval to collect recurring payments from customers. This service uses DuitNow ID (E.g. mobile number, NRIC, etc.) for recurring payments from Current Account Savings Account (CASA), Line of Credit (LOC) Account, and eWallet, according to DuitNow. Customers can set up DuitNow AutoDebit payments through CIMB Clicks Web or CIMB OCTO App.
1) How to register for DuitNow AutoDebit?

Launch CIMB OCTO App > Tap on 'More' > 'DuitNow AutoDebit' -
Step 2:
Tap on 'New AutoDebit' > Select Merchant Type > Select Product Name -
Step 3:
Select your debiting bank account > Enter amount -
Step 4:
Enter your Effective Date (optional), Expiry Date & Payment Frequency -
Step 5:
Enter Recipient Reference > Review details & approve via SecureTAC Approval
*Note: Successful requests will be displayed in the Pending tab as Outgoing

Log in CIMB Clicks Web and fill in details of your request and follow instructions on screen to submit the request -

Approve the transaction via SecureTAC Approval sent to CIMB OCTO App
3) How to accept/reject/block a DuitNow AutoDebit Request sent to me?
Once you've successfully registered consent at Merchant's website as shown in method #2 above, the merchant will initiate a consent request to your ID directly. You may choose to approve/reject/block the request via CIMB Clicks Web. Follow the steps below to approve/reject/block the request:

When you receive an incoming DuitNow AutoDebit notification > Tap 'View pending request' -
Step 2:
Under 'Pending', select the DuitNow AutoDebit Request to view full details -
Step 3:
You may choose to Accept/Reject/Block the request -
Step 4:
To accept a DuitNow AutoDebit request, select your debiting > Review & approve via SecureTAC Approval
*Note: The accepted DuitNow AutoDebit request will be displayed in the Active tab

- Step 1: Open CIMB OCTO App › 'More' › 'Services' › 'Manage DuitNow' › 'DuitNow ID'
- Step 2: Select the ID that you wish to register
- Step 3: Select the account you would like to receive money
How to activate DuitNow QR?
- Step 1: Open CIMB OCTO App › 'More' › 'Services' › 'Manage DuitNow' › 'DuitNow QR'
- Step 2: To setup the accounts for payment and receiving, tap 'Default Account'
- Step 3: To set your daily transaction limit for payment, tap 'Transaction Limit'
How to manage DuitNow?
- Step 1: Open CIMB OCTO App › 'More' › 'Services' › 'Manage DuitNow'
- Step 2: Tap 'DuitNow QR' to setup the accounts for payment and receiving and set your daily transaction limit for payment
- Step 3: Tap 'DuitNow ID' to select the ID you wish to switch/edit/register
