Launch CIMB Clicks app › "Payments" › "JomPAY". -
Step 2:
Enter the JomPAY Biller Code and payment details (Tip: Look out for the JomPAY logo on your bills for your Ref-1 number). Tap on "Make Payment". -
Step 3:
Verify all details and tap on "Confirm" to proceed. -
Step 4:
Successfully paid! You'll receive a summary of your transaction(s).

Login to CIMB Clicks via web browser.
Click on "Pay & Transfer" › "JomPAY". -
Step 2:
Enter the JomPAY Biller Code and payment details (Tip: Look out for the JomPAY logo on your bills for your Ref-1 number). -
Step 3:
Enter the rest of the details and tap on "Make Payment" to proceed. -
Step 4:
Verify all details and tap on "Confirm". Complete the payment with SecureTAC approval on your phone. -
Step 5:
Successfully paid! You'll receive a summary of your transaction(s).

*Important Notes:
- 1. The campaign duration is from 1 August 2023 - 31 October 2023 where Cycle 1 is from 1 August 2023 - 31 August 2023, Cycle 2 is from 1 September 2023 - 30 September 2023 and Cycle 3 is from 1 October 2023 - 31 October 2023.
- 2. This campaign is open to new or existing CIMB Clicks users only who have not performed any JomPAY transactions for the past six (6) consecutive months via CIMB Clicks App or CIMB Clicks Web.
- 3. The Eligible Participants must successfully make their first (1st) JomPAY transaction of a minimum RM20 per transaction via CIMB Clicks App or CIMB Clicks online banking portal.
- 4. Early Bird Prize: The Eligible Participants who meet the participating criteria will receive their RM5 cashback on a first come, first served basis.
- 5. Grand Prize: The Eligible Participants must make one (1) JomPAY transaction for three (3) consecutive months to earn one (1) entry to win the Grand Prize.
- 6. An Eligible Participant can only win up to three (3) times of Early Bird Prize and one (1) Grand Prize throughout Campaign Period.
