How to perform JomPAY, Pay Bill, and Top Up via CIMB Clicks App or Web
How to JomPAY?

Launch CIMB Clicks app › "Payments" › "JomPAY" -
Step 2:
Enter the JomPAY Biller Code and payment details (Tip: Look out for the JomPAY logo on your bills for your Ref-1 number). Tap on "Make Payment". -
Step 3:
Verify all details and tap on "Confirm" to proceed. -
Step 4:
Successfully paid! You'll receive a summary of your transaction(s).

Click on "Pay & Transfer" › "JomPAY" -
Step 2:
Enter the JomPAY Biller Code and payment details (Tip: Look out for the JomPAY logo on your bills for your Ref-1 number). -

Enter the rest of the details and tap on "Make Payment" to proceed. -
Step 4:
Verify all details and tap on "Confirm". Complete the payment with SecureTAC approval on your phone. -

Important Notes:
- 1. *This Campaign is open to customers who perform Top Up, JomPAY or Pay Bill for the first time OR no transactions for the past three (3) consecutive months on CIMB Clicks App or CIMB Clicks Web.
- 2. For newly registered CIMB Clicks App users, it will take up to two (2) working days for the eligible transaction to be reflected on CIMB Clicks App.
- 3. Once the eligible users fulfil the campaign criteria, they will receive an invite to redeem the cashback via 'Challenges' on the CIMB Clicks App.
- 4. The RM5 cashback will be awarded on a first come-first-served basis and eligible customers may win up to two (2) RM5 cashback throughout the Campaign Period.
- 5. The cashback will be credited into the eligible customer's Current/Savings Account/-i within 5 working weeks after the Campaign Period has ended.
