How to Top Up?

Step 2:
Enter the phone number. Select telco and preferred amount (Tip: add the number as a Favourite for easy transfers!) -
Step 3:
Verify all details and tap on "Confirm" to proceed -
Step 4:
Successfully paid! You'll receive a summary of your transaction(s).

Click on "Top Up" › "Prepaid Reload" -
Step 2:
Enter the phone number. Select telco and preferred amount (Tip: add the number as a Favourite for easy transfers!) -
Step 3:
Enter the rest of the details and tap on "Top Up" to proceed. -
Step 4:
Verify all details and tap on "Confirm". Complete the payment with SecureTAC approval on your phone. -
Step 5:
Successfully paid! You'll receive a summary of your transaction(s).

*Important Notes:
- 1. The Campaign Period is from 18 May 2023 - 31 July 2023.
- 2. This campaign is open to new or existing CIMB Clicks users only who have not performed any prepaid reload for the past six (6) consecutive months via CIMB Clicks App or CIMB Clicks Web.
- 3. Early Bird Prize:
- a) The Eligible Participants must successfully make their first (1st) mobile prepaid reload of a minimum RM10 per transaction to any telcos via CIMB Clicks App or CIMB Clicks online banking portal.
- b) An Eligible Participant can win up to two (2) times of Early Bird Prize throughout campaign period, capped at RM6 per winner
- c) The Eligible Participants who meet the participating criteria throughout the Campaign Period will receive their RM3 cashback on a first come, first served basis.
- 4. Special Prize:
- a) The Eligible Participants must successfully make two (2) or more reloads of a minimum RM10 per transaction to any telcos via CIMB Clicks App or CIMB Clicks online banking portal.
- The Eligible Participants who meet the participating criteria throughout the Campaign Period will be randomly shortlisted.
- 5. An Eligible Participant is eligible to win a maximum of two (2) Early Bird Prize and one (1) Special Prize only throughout the Campaign Period.
