How to Top Up?

Step 1:
Launch CIMB Clicks app › "Top Up". -
Step 2:
Enter the phone number. Select telco and preferred amount (Tip: add the number as a Favourite for easy transfers!). -
Step 3:
Verify all details and tap on "Confirm" to proceed. -
Step 4:
Successfully paid! You'll receive a summary of your transaction(s).

Login to CIMB Clicks via web browser.
Click on "Top Up" › "Prepaid Reload". -
Step 2:
Enter the phone number. Select telco and preferred amount (Tip: add the number as a Favourite for easy transfers!). -
Step 3:
Enter the rest of the details and tap on "Top Up" to proceed. -
Step 4:
Verify all details and tap on "Confirm". Complete the payment with SecureTAC approval on your phone. -
Step 5:
Successfully paid! You'll receive a summary of your transaction(s).

Log into CIMB OCTO App and tap "Top Up" icon from Quick Menu. -
Step 2:
Enter the desired mobile number. Tap on "Next" (Tip: add the number as a Favourite for easy transfers!). -
Step 3:
Select "telco" and "Top Up amount". -
Step 4:
Select "Account" to pay and tap on "Next". -
Step 5:
Verify all details and tap on "Approve" to proceed. Successful!

*Important Notes:
- 1. The Campaign Period is from 23 August 2023 - 31 October 2023, where Cycle 1: 23 August 2023 to 22 September 2023, and Cycle 2: 23 September to 31 October 2023.
- 2. This Campaign is open to all new and existing active users of CIMB Clicks online banking portal, CIMB Clicks mobile application and CIMB OCTO mobile application.
- 3. The Eligible Participants must successfully make one(1) mobile prepaid reload of a minimum RM10 per transaction to any telcos via CIMB Clicks online banking portal, CIMB Clicks mobile application or CIMB OCTO mobile application.
- 4. The Eligible Participant who meet the Participating Criteria will receive a Top Up Entry in a form of a push notification from CIMB Clicks mobile application.
- a. For Eligible Participant who are new users of CIMB Clicks mobile application, it may take up to two (2) working days for them to receive the push notification.
- b. Eligible Participant are then required to complete the challenge via the "Challenge" section on CIMB Clicks mobile application within the Campaign Period to redeem the Cashback. Any unused opportunities after the Campaign Period will be forfeited.
- c. Eligible Participant who completed the challenge will win the Cashback and the Cashback are awarded on a random basis.
- 5. An Eligible Participant can win up to three (3) times only per Campaign Cycle and up to six (6) times only throughout the Campaign Period.
