Enhanced TAC Approval for CIMB Clicks Favourites Transaction
Please be informed that TAC approval is required for 1st-time transfer to a favourite account effective 7 June 2020. For subsequent transaction, TAC is NOT required except for transfer equals to or above RM10,000, you'll be prompted to authorise transaction using SecureTACTM.

(Updated) Banking Operations during Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO)
In reference to our previous notice, dated 13 May, our banking operations will be revised as follows.
1. Branches [Revised]:
Effective 13 May 2020
Visit www.cimb.com.my/mco-branch to check whether the branch is open before visiting.
2. Self Service Terminals [Updated]:
Effective 1 June 2020, our Self Service Terminals operating hours will be revised back as usual (Pre-MCO) and will be available 24 hours, Monday to Sunday.
Please note that availability of Self Service Terminals may vary depending on its location (e.g. Malls and selected branches)
Effective 6 April 2020, withdrawal fees at MEPS Shared ATM network in Malaysia will be waived until the MCO is uplifted.
3. Consumer Call Centre
Effective 14 May 2020, our Consumer Call Centre operating hours will be revised back as usual (Pre-MCO) and will be available 24 hours, Monday to Sunday.
4. Credit Card Services
The following services will be delayed and will resume once the MCO has been uplifted:

Discontinuation of Foreign Telegraphic Scheduled Transfer feature
Please note that the Foreign Telegraphic Scheduled Transfer feature will be discontinued effective 18 July 2020. You are advised to use Foreign Telegraphic Transfer for same day transfer.

We regret to inform that the cash collection service to Indonesia at PT Pos locations, Weselpos Instan will be discontinued from 1 June 2020.
Transactions performed prior to 1st June can still be collected from PT Pos.
Cash collection service to Indonesia is currently available at PT Bank CIMB Niaga locations.
