| 30 August 2018 Service Tax Implementation (Update) Effective 1 September 2018, Goods and Services Tax ("GST") had been abolished, and Service Tax will be imposed only on selected products and services. Service Tax of RM25 will be charged upon issuance of new principal and supplementary CIMB Credit Cards and Charge Cards. For existing CIMB Credit or Charge Cardholders, Service Tax of RM25 will be charged on the anniversary month of your principal and supplementary CIMB Credit or Charge Cards. Please note that the Bank is in the midst of updating applicable materials, rates and charges. These changes will be reflected in due course. |
